This company took me off of automatic refill without me knowing it (although they say they sent me a letter). The gauge on my propane tank is broken (says its above full), they still wont send a technician out today without a $150 emergency charge. I have children and no hot water until they can get here within 5 days they say.
The representative on the phone was very rude and did not want me to speak with someone above her. She finally said she would have a manager call me. This representative then called me back 5 minutes later to tell me she spoke with a manager and they told her to tell me I would have to pay the $150 fee. I said okay I would like to speak with the manager myself like you said I could. She said she is going to a meeting and not available. I asked if there was any other manager I can talk to. She said no because I called too early in the morning. Finally she put me thru to the management voicemail and I am waiting a call back.
Customer service in this whole experience was rude and they clearly do not care for their small customer business. Very disappointing. Will be switching to a new propane company.
