Review of Celebration Suites at Old Town

This last Disney vacation made me realize how much of a terrible idea is to cut corners and settling with a hotel suite with an amazing price. It is very clear that by staying in this dump and paying little, I tremendously sacrificed a lot for the lack of quality and service of this place.
For starters I checked in, got to my hotel before my parents got there and I couldn't help but to make a face with disgust! Clearly my room was not the room that I had reserved and I have seen online whenever I booked it, I was so embarrassed when my parents showed up and seen the cabinets barely holding on to the hinge, wobbly breakfast table, old disgusting carpet and not to mention the ugliest view from our room facing the dumpster.
Although after all this, my family looked past it since we were all here to enjoy our family vacation.
My mom seen housekeeping and peeked into one of the rooms, and of course it was a remodeled room with wooden floors, more beds and granite tops in other words the room that I wanted and thought I reserved! After she had seen this, we all agreed that we wanted the next room up and remodeled, we went to the counter, gave is the new price for the larger room and we asked for them to inform us as soon as it is available so we can be more comfortable and be in a nicer room. We were suggested to call early in the morning the next day to see IF there was any availability.
The next day, I had noticed that I had bites on my feet. They were not mosquitos bites but flea bites!! yes, you read that right, flea bites and even killed a few with my nails off my feet. I immediately freaked out and here I was blaming it on the grass outside since I assumed they came from a dog that kept barking a couple doors down. Which by the way, Ii swear I felt like I was in those section 8 apartment buildings in NYC you see on tv with the kids crying, dogs barking, and infested with fleas.
So because of the fleas, we had to miss our ride to the disney parks provided by the suites because we had to clean our room out. I was so frustrated and spoke to two different employees and they had the dignity to say, that we can leave out bags in our car or with them after we pack EVERYTHING up and possibly have a new room when we come back. I told them that in exchange for the flea infested room, I am willing to settle with a remodeled one but the larger room up with no charge since already they were an inconvenience affecting our vacation. We came back and what do you know.. They gave us a remodeled room but not the one that I requested. I called back again and they said that they spoke to a manager and that is all that they could do for us, by this time I was so upset that I just said OK and dealt with it, I did not want my vacation to be ruined that we had been looking forward to for months.
Coming back from the parks late at night was a mess, So many cars were parked throughout the suite that I had to park buildings away and walk though cars that I found hard to believe they were from the guests saying at the suites.
Check out was easy which was about the only good things about this place but still not good enough for such a terrible experience I have EVER witnessed for a Disney World trip...Never again!!
