I've been a customer with The Internet Centre on-and-off over the past 25+ years, starting with their dial-up services back in the early 1990s and continuing today with a 100Mbps dedicated fibre line to our business.

I cannot say enough good about TiC: they have two of the best infrastructure people (Derrick & Matt) I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and the fibre line itself has been rock solid: we have yet to see a single unscheduled outage in the three years we've had the service.

"Complacency" is not in TiC's vocabulary. They are constantly upgrading their data centre (for both connectivity and power redundancy), and it shows.

I know this reads like a paid review, but it's not. I'm merely a completely satisfied long-term customer and will continue to be one. I cannot recommend TiC highly enough.
