Horrible service. Car kept delaying arrival. Spoke to driver who told me they told him from beginning to pick me up 45 minutes later than scheduled. Came from within NYC and said it took him 15 minutes to get to me. They kept telling me gridlock and driver couldn't get to me. I scheduled car almost a week ahead. No excuse except that they kept adding people. I complained to them and they never even contacted me with any resolution. Would not recommend.
