That s an incredibly high score given my neighborhood and the way the power goes out regularly. We call to get what s going on and it s pre recorded.... because you care lol . You got a 3 because you would do worse it you where a 1. No customer service... I mean you ll just stop service. We didn t have much can t afford the loss. Is it education? You don t have enough people or is it my area doesn t matter? Probably never answer that simple obvious question because that might cost you something. Thanks for little help. You deserve a 1
