Spencer was great with helping me to finalize a deal. Abdulla got my application approved successfully. Mani was super friendly - this was written when I bought the car. But after that when I went for the service my experience has been horrible with these guys. My tire blew out after a month on the highway I was doing 110 so I could not stop right there as my life was in danger and I drove on it for a bit before I stopped and then I realized that the tire got ripped off. When I went back to them to get a new tire they were out of stock and told me this is my problem I am lying and I will have to pay for a new tire to which I still said ok and ended up spending on a Chinese tire from outside to keep up until then. So after couple months of wait they received my tire and when I went back to get it the guy (MICHAEL DRUMONDE) intentionally started to charge me extra and when I told him that I can t pay $250 for a new tire since it wasn t worth at all and it was their problem that they are selling these cheap quality tires. And the same tire was being sold online for lesser than the half price of that. He told me to not buy it at all and he doesn t care about it with a very rude attitude instead of being patient and retaining me. However, I was willing to pay lesser than that. I would never get anything done from someone who doesn t know how to talk with people. I don t know how is he doing that job with that attitude. This guy ruined my experience with this dealership.
