Hotel that is saved only for the location and good cleanliness. Bad experience. Starting from two rooms that were supposed to be close together, actually on the spot discovered in two different buildings. The Spa, confirmed by telephone accessible to minors, was actually not accessible. The dinner reservation, confirmed at brunch time (in this context we were also provided with a coupon with a 15% discount for the evening!), Was never reported! So our kids had to wait for a 3 HOUR red pasta !! From 20 and 'arrived at 23! We do not comment on the quality and service of the food ... very serious thing they had not even reported the presence of a celiac child !!
We ask to borrow an umbrella: a deposit of 30 euros which, at the time of delivery, they do not return to us and therefore we have to solicit in front of a receptionist who pretends not to remember! Finally, my daughter tells me that in the only hour in which she participated in the babyclub, the young lady took pictures of her, also posing her and arranging her hair, without having my resolution or being informed !!!!! Obviously I immediately demanded the deletion of these photos by receiving a simple: "you are certainly right, let's do it". I think the comments are useless.
