Superior service -- Sylvia Jeffcoat is the best service adviser -- extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with not only regular maintenance but also when I experienced a blown out left front strut. My Highlander was fixed as soon as the parts came in and I was able to continue on my trip. While the Highlander was in the shop overnight I was able to get a rental so I could drive to and from where I was staying -- about 25 miles from the dealership. I trust Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington and that's why this is the 3rd Highlander I've purchased from them and continue to have them perform all routine maintenance and take care of any mechanical issues that arise with my Toyota. They are the best dealership and service center I've associated with.
