We were experiencing issues with our phone line which caused the trouble light to flash on the keypad and the signal was not transmitting to the monitoring station.
Client Services Manager Sharon was quick to respond. She dispatched the service tech Jonathan, a very kind gentleman who arrived the same day and installed a new GSM unit for our system. He was very thorough and ensured everything was working before he left. They have an amazing Team at SafeTech, they're all great to deal with and very professional!
