This is an update from a previous 1-star rating due to the slow handling of an issue with the way their service was marketed. Since speaking with the right people at the company, the issue has been resolved and will be better overall for any customers of their's moving forward.

As for their lead capturing service using a cellphone to scan badges at an event, it works incredibly well and given some clarity in future events about who will and will not have badges that could be scanned, we would use their service again.

If this was a review based only on the performance of their package, it would be a 5-star, but clarity in marketing and customer service account for a good bit in business.
