They call to have a service provided that incurs expenses, such as labor and fuel, not to mention wear and tear on your equipment, and upon arrival, the driver gets his truck started. Dispatch (Hutch) promises to pay upon receipt of invoice and then denies getting the invoice. And then the boss (BILL) says he s not paying is for doing nothing!!!!! On a Sunday, sent 2 employees over 70 miles away and he considers that doing nothing!!!
