I am a university and college reviewer. According to me don't waste your time and money in this type of colleges they are having so much hidden charges for your placement fees. They are not even providing hostel for second year students. I go through there prospectus. They are doing business only business they are not providing education to the student.
Ontake admission which is AICTE approved with UGC approved with NAAC A graded University and college you must check ok all three things don't take admission because there are and number of college and universities doing business in India.
So Beware Because your money and time is so precious in this world. This is my clear cut suggestion for all the students now decision is yours.
