I have been with TSC for 6 years this past month September, my vehicle was hit while parked when I visited a friend. I must say I have received more grief from what was supposed to be my insurance company then anything else. The accident occurred 9-12-15, I am still without a car because they are withholding payment, coming up with all sorts of weird requests for paperwork. Might I mention I am now up to $500+ and counting in out of pocket rental fees because they have failed to pay the shop ,which their own adjuster visited and decided how much the work being done would cost. I call and phone calls are not quickly returned. The customer service staff with the exception of one young man is absolutely disgusting and rude. Oh and I can include they sent me a notice of non-renewal, very ironic. They had the time to draft and send out a non-renewal letter but no time to settle my claim. I would not recommend this company, they do have decent rates, which will go up if the wind blows on your car too hard.
