I was stopped last June for not having lights on my bike but I was using my phone as a light and cause they thought I was suspicious due to stopping to fix the light. Cop asked if I was alright and just remind me I need a mount on light and was very friendly and checked if I had a record (which i don't, and it was after I got off work at 11:30 at night) however, he asked if he could search my bag (which I believe is a violation to my 4th admendment right which illegal search and seizure) and which I didn't have a problem doing since I wanted to get over and get with my day, and his excuse was cause of recent burglaries. You checked I had a record and it showed I didn't, so what's the point of doing that. That's a violation of my rights. But at the end the cop was very nice and friendly which I definitely appreciate and stuff. But that's why I'm giving four stars instead of five due to that illegal search.
