My grandmother had an appointment with a nurse named Maxine Leslie. She didn t show up on two separate occasions. She then lied to the office and myself about multiple things. Fortunately she was caught lieing as the CCAC coordinator was present. Maxine was also unprofessional and disrespectful to my 80 year old grandmother. When confronted about her conduct, She told me she didn t care and was too busy anyways. She then lied again to the SRT office. Luckily the CCAC coordinator helped arrange a different nurse. If you care about your loved ones, Stay away!!
