I am an old man of 65. On 29/1/20 at 12.10 I paid my parking ticket at Mid Valley centre court B1and notice a TnG sticker stating no surcharge. I went to the counter beside the parking machine and ask a chinese girl (see attached photo) whether she is working for MV. She say yes and I ask her about the no surcharge for using TnG. She answer she doesn't know and I have to go to another counter to ask there.
I told her I have 2 bags full of groceries and can she call the counter to confirm on this. She stated she is working for different department.
I was angry at her attitude and raise my voice telling her that it is just a phone call and you can't do it. She look at me angrily and stated NO and return to her seat. I am sure MV staffs are well trained but this girl definitely need further training. Am sure you can view the CCTV to confirm on this.
