These reviews are very sad. A lot of people dont understand what is and is not considered a "life threatening emergency", how things work in the ER, or how to triage. I suspect aside from that, the Pandemic drastically affected these experiences, as all hospitals and ERs are struggling. Look at reviews within 1 yr vs before Covid to get a better idea.
Not saying it is perfect, but def far better than these recent reviews reflect. Although it is sad that people cannot get the fastest care possible, it is misleading based on perception vs reality of what the big picture actually is
