We found her car at a great price thru the internet and Carmelita. Our Salesrep was Gary S. who was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and above all, patient with my 70+ year old aunt. He VERY patiently went over all the new hi-tech features on the Lincoln MKS with her, at her pace, (covering several more than once for her). There was never any pressure to hurry nor did he ever give the impression he had other things to do. He treated her like a queen and she she loved it. He was excellent. The purchase was a very positive experience due to him and the others we dealt with.
