Note penalty because excellent burgers, but too many omissions when ordering ... I have already had to order a dozen times at the Comptoir Volant since it appeared on Deliveroo instead of going there.

The burgers / fries are always excellent, and reasonably priced even despite the 50% increase in the price of fries.

However, when you order there, you play roulette, out of 10 orders, I forgot 4 times (on a supplement or even with a friend's order, he had not received his burger or his fries).

The preparers should be more professional, we must not say to ourselves "it does not matter, Deliveroo will send a code of 10 in compensation", the customer remains disappointed upon receipt of the order, and it is not to Deliveroo to take responsibility for your oversights. I'm sure your cooks would be more careful with what they give the courier if they had to pay back customers every day ...

This evening, we ordered:
- A Savoyard burger (9 )
- Normal fries (4 )
- Other normal fries ( 4) for my friend who does not want a burger and has made a side dish for her fries, sacrilege.
- Double (5 ) to share

Conclusion: out of 22 of order, I only received my burger and my normal fries. My friend did not receive anything (-4 ), and the fries were not doubled either, of course, and neither on my order (-5 therefore). Add to this that the delivery (billed 2.50) arrived 25 minutes late because the preparation was longer than expected ...

An oversight of 9, and this is not the first time, on the contrary it is too much ... The score goes from 5 to 2. Too bad because the Comptoir was in 2nd position in my top burgers in Lille . :(
