I recently hired an architecture firm to design my new office space and chose this company based on their website and portfolio. While the initial design concepts were impressive, the execution and communication throughout the project were disappointing. The team seemed disorganized and often missed deadlines, causing delays. Although the final result was satisfactory, it didn't quite capture the vision I had in mind. The lack of attention to detail was evident, and I found myself having to micromanage the project to ensure my requirements were met. Overall, the experience was average, and I believe there's room for improvement in terms of project management and client communication.
