Pretty let down called and made appointments over a month ahead of time and now they cannot accommodate me or my friend at all. I work as an esthetician in the spa industry so it's sad when you're met with poor customer service the ONE TIME you want to be on the receiving end of a treatment. Hopefully they have better staffing in the future.
