I am not giving any star. But minimum possible is one so one has to be given.

Its a careless company without any coordination between sales and other team members. I used the phone for one week while in canada.

1. They (sales agent) do not sign any agreement while giving the plan. They will show some good plan and when online agreement on email comes with other plan.

2. I and my collegue applied for two separate SIM with phones with separate names. What we got was both bills with only one name.

3. My collegue did not accept the plan offered on email and did not switch ON the mobile in whole journey still he received the full bill. We communicated with Matrix throughout the journey and could not resolove issue. Agent, Customer Support and later billing were having difference information and thoughts.
Billing were quite fast to deduct money from credit card without intimation to us.

4. The bill comes in two parts one is rental and other is based on usage. In the first bill it does not mention what the plan was and the breakup of tax etc is missing.
