If I could give negative stars it would still be to generous for this group of bungling incompetence! Let's start with being sent home from hip surgery with Zero pain control due to them informing me about 2 hours after surgery in Minnesota at an approved provider that the prescription could NOT be filled!! The Surgeon litteraly jumped through hoops to get me the pain management I needed due to Group health failure to communicate effectively! Or better yet having there employee contact me telling me I was approved for SSDI after my hearing when this was not correct!! All that had been done is a notation was made of when I applied and when I was denied. Now after getting bounced from Dr to Dr due to issues surrounding a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) and the lack of adequate care in this area. I again am in Minnesota in Rochester after struggling to get propped care and no the special glasses I require to see and possibly help with light sensitivity are now on hold again after I sent a copy off the prescription to Group health and was told you are "good to go" only to find out I am NOT good to go!! I don't drive so I set up a ride get to the local approved eye Dr and am told by them we need a prior auth or you have to pay?? Not so good to go!
I sent the prescription to Group health with the Dr's notes in bold "tint medical nessecary due to conncusion syndrome" this insurance is bottom of the barrel at best. I didn't work my entire life and pay into a system that stinks this bad! Don't get hurt at work and be unable to work or you might end up like me!
