I was seen this afternoon and evening in the ER. I went in with pain in my right side and the er was packed yet I was treated extremely well by every single staff member I came across from beginning to end. I'd like to let administrators know about a few individuals I was most impressed with starting with the xray tech, he was probably the friendliest most compassionate xray tech I have ever dealt with and having copd I've had more than a fair share. Next is my nurse I think her name was Sarah but not positive. She came on at 7pm. She was super caring and definitely takes pride in her job as a nurse. Last but not least Dr Houser is by far the BEST Er physician in Tx. Thank you to all for the excellent care.
