The light skin tall lady that's at the door is very rude and unprofessional needs proper training on customer service, I will not be going to this branch anymore because of her, worst experience ever from the downtown branch and I've been going here for years, honestly it made me want to cancel my membership with the ymca all completely. But I'll go else where, please find better workers!!!
