Lovely hotel as close to IJmuiden beach as you can get. They have a wonderful Dutch/English breakfast buffet for 18pp. Kids 3+ are 9. You get fancy coffees/cappuccinos. Squeeze your own fresh juice. Cereals/granolas, large fruit/veggie selection. Yogurt, breads, cold cuts, and warm stuff like bacon, sausages, eggs, hash browns, pancakes and make your own crispy Belgian waffles. Highly recommend. Free Foosball table and free wifi. Also free sauna/steam room. In n out parking is 9/day.

Our room had a spacious balcony facing the dunes/lake and parking lot. We fit two adults and one toddler. Convenient empty mini fridge. Ice is available.

Lots of shops and restaurants in the building block. You can get cheap snacks, beach toys, gelato, etc. The walkway leads right out to beachside cafes and kid's playground. I also heard there's a giant bounce cushion.
