Promises, promises but failure to deliver a quality product.

After our consultation we were very excited, but seeing the finished product left us sick and upset. The quality of the product was terrible. Their trim pieces don't match the color of their wood (and we got white), wood was damaged, the shelves were dirty and no effort was made to "finish" the job. What bothered us the most was the $9000 price tag for professionally installed custom shelves...and a few drawers.
