Recently left SSQ for life insurance.

Recently left SSQ for life insurance.

Technical products are lacking - took them 4 years to support my bank via electronic payment. Had to send cheques.

Service is awful, trying to get you to use antiquated things like Fax/mail. Generally hostile on the phone. Unable to help with most questions.

If you don't need service, I suppose its OK (rates are...reasonable), but every time I contact them, its a pain.
