That being said, it is necessary for them to take alternative methods to secure their assets, their vehicles, when serving such a high risk market. If you make every effort to honor your obligations and contact them in the event of financial hardship, you will be fine. Their customer service has improved significantly, and if you maintain open communication with them, you will have a great experience. I am nearly two years into my lease now, and I couldn't be happier. My payments are reporting to the credit bureaus, and I don't have to worry about having an unreliable vehicle. To the underserved masses, if you have been turned down by other dealerships in the past, give Brite some due consideration. Their staff has always been friendly and helpful, and I would certainly recommend them to someone looking to build credit.
