21 yr retired Female veteran wanting to support another veteran business, Ordered Empty IV bags by accident and tried to ship them back and the cheaper price was $26.00. Called and asked for a once shipping label only to be shoot down by a rute, harsh tone female who replied "WE DON'T DO THAT" when I said I wouldnt be ordering from them again, She said "OK' and hung up on me!
P.S, I've written two other reviews in my like and this gives me great satisfaction knowing that I can save a customers money. Buyer beware!!!

After posted, Greg the supervisor reached out to me and offered a pre-postage mailing label and full refund. he also said he would address the issue. Im very, very happy because i do like their products and prices.
