Not a good place to work. Heather Honaker in Charlotte NC told me to do something against the law and i had a huge Concern about and which I have a right to, and I said no it s my CDL and i won t chance it so she fired me right then and there . I now have pending legal issues with this company. She is a condescending entitled loser. I even have a recording saying you are not allowed to ask for specific days off no mater how many days in advance you tell us or we will fire you. Her husband which is everyone s boss and her boss in Charlotte (huge conflict of interest) went to say (recorded) that even if you have a doctors note and under doctors care and you are not profitable we will let you go because This is NC and we don t have to give you a reason ! If you don t work around them they fire you. I haven t had a life in 8.5 months. She even said I don t care about your personal life so many times it sickening (again under recording) she is extremely nasty and should be let go. She is a disappointment to the team and Walther Farms . But no one says anything because her husband is in charge. It s ok I ll be shedding some light on this publicly. HEY heather truck drivers are not your ants that you can squash you will soon learn this. From me personally. Get ready for a ride of your life. (Legally) Be blessed people. ( I just want to add that I was nice and professional no mater how she talked to me, I stayed because I cared about the team and worked my butt off and was there on a drop of a dime 24/7 for them. She down right disgust me. Her face makes me sick. Maybe she should stop smoking to she smells) if you are going to work for her. They claim to be Christians but she is your God and you will bow to her.
