I want to thank the team at MICM for helping me have a flawless experience with my property purchase. Qiao Cai, Jason Lien and Rhiannon East were all a pleasure to work with, and were all very helpful. In particular I have to thank Qiao, who I helped me for the majority of my experience.

I was impressed with Qiao s professionalism. She always made herself available when I needed to contact her or meet her. She was very accommodating, letting me thoroughly inspect the property that I was interested in numerous times. She generally went out of her way to always make sure I was well taken care of and that things went smoothly. She did all this while being patient and friendly.

Buying property can be incredibly stressful, but the team at MICM helped remove some of the stress by giving me a smooth, professional experience.
