Still no personal response regarding the order of ...

Still no personal response regarding the order of 11/15/20, no way to reach them, however the payment was made on 11/15 with proof. I receive an email telling me that the payment is not made, I send them a screenshot with my bank payment, 1 week later, always the same email, "payment not received etc ;;" screen capture etc .... Another great scam this site! Complaint is filed! TO FLEE !!
