Ordered a filing cabinet more than two months ago....

Ordered a filing cabinet more than two months ago. They've had my money all this time....still no cabinet. I've now asked for a refund as they are saying it will be another 3 weeks. Apparently it takes 7 working days for a refund. strange as they managed to take money from me immediately. Dreadful customer service, would never use them again
