I HAVE REPORTED THIS BUSINESS TO TRADING STANDARDS AUTHORITY. PLEASE CAN I URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME IF YOU'VE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE. I WOULD HATE FOR ANYMORE PEOPLE TO GET FLEECED BY THESE PEOPLE.
Ordered office furniture on April 30th and was fully aware that COVID crisis would mean delays. Was given delivery date of May 15th. Nothing happened. Called them and after 30 min wait was told it would be with me on Monday 18th. Again nothing and no explanation or communication. Have sent emails and been trying to call for 2 days but keep being told to call back. The emails get no response so don't waste your time using their Contact Us pages. No explanation, no customer service. I can only assume they don't care. Avoid
