My experience with John Moore Services started out great but it didn't end that way. The original tech, Noly, was very professional, he arrived on time, he explained all of our options, and most important he didn't try to haggle us. He was able to identify the issue in less than an hour when it took the tech from the previous company almost 4 hours to diagnose the issue. They let me know who my tech would be and sent me a picture, which gave me a greater sense of security. Overall, my experience today was great. I will provide another review once my unit is fixed tomorrow.
Update: I paid to have repairs completed on my system, and the installation tech was scheduled to come out today between 12-4. It is now 6:39pm, and he has not arrived nor did I receive a call. I called Customer Service and spoke with a representative who was more interested in giving me an excuse instead of allowing me to ask questions. She then proceeds to tell me that they have me scheduled for 2pm-8pm, and blames the installation department by stating they handle their own scheduling. Now I have to wait for a Manager from the Installation Department to call me to find out why a tech hasn't been out. The Installation Manager called me and stated there was a mix up and that they didn't have us on the schedule at all, and that all techs were gone for the day but she could have someone out with an hour. I asked to cancel the entire service request and requested a full refund. I'm curious as to why the Customer Service rep said we were scheduled from 2pm-8pm, when the service was NEVER scheduled with the installation department. This is poor customer service and I expected so much more, at a minimum honesty.
