Really expensive and not so professional , i dropp...

Really expensive and not so professional , i dropped a paper by them ,they didnt wanyed to work on it till i pay the fee .
I asked if i can pay when i pay ehn i will pick up the paper ,NO!
So,i payd and my paper it suposed to be done in one day ,it wasbt done even in 5 days
