In 2002 I bought an Impreza Sport when the dealership was John Elway's, but it was time to put my 15-year-old car to rest. I looked at a number of dealerships for various cars, and AutoNation Subaru West was the only one that acted as if the employees cared whether I bought a car. No one else offered a test drive or even took my name and contact information. Their loss!! Eric and Brian in Sales were fantastic to work with. A process that I was dreading turned out to be so easy. After only two visits, I drove away in a new Impreza (after saying a fond farewell to a Subaru that served me well). I'll visit them again in 15 years.
