I found myself in a bad situation after years of putting off having my AC serviced it finally stopped working in a very hot and humid July. The company with which I normally do business was going to take several days to come out. One call to Climatech and they were out the same day even though I am outside their normal service area. The tech was polite and professional. Diagnosed the problem within minutes. Got me up and running in no time and did a thorough cleaning on the unit.

If only I'd call them sooner. Spoke to the owners to make sure they knew they'd get all business from now on. Thank you!
