The customer service here was like none other.. Amazing service and views.. Unfortunately there was a small kitchen fire in the middle of the night that sent all the alarms off.. We were awoken out of a sound sleep to loud alarms and voice that repeatedly said "This is an emergency, evacuate to your nearest exit immediately". After running to the front desk in just our robes we were told there was a small fire in the kitchen. I proceeded to go to the room and have a terrible panic attack and was in shock. Absolutely horrible experience. I understand situations like this happen and they were very apologetic about it. Also upon our arrival we were placed in an amazing room where we had a prime view of all the ski lifts. They had a DJ next to the bar. It was so loud it was rattling our end tables. This would have been the perfect room for many skiers.. But we went there for piece and quiet.. Not to ski or party . They very kindly placed us in a different room. When I went to take a bath I found a crusty used eyelash curler in the pocket. So gross! The new room proceeded to have the air conditioning system go out so it rattled loudly all night. This was our first vacation in 4 years. I just felt like we were cursed. Again the manager and staff were very apologetic and compensated us with wine... Desert as well as took many of our charges off. All these things were just completely random. We don't blame the staff there. It was just incredibly unfortunate as this was our extremely anticipated luxurie vacation and we got almost no sleep and I still am having a hard time sleeping at night after my panic attack that night.
