Waited two hours for a Taylor ham and cheese bagel...

Waited two hours for a Taylor ham and cheese bagel and a bagel with cream cheese two weeks in row and didn t even get what we ordered this time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time around because it was snowing and the roads were bad, so figured we d try them again and were disappointed ...AGAIN. Not only did we wait 2 hours, they delivered two bagels with turkey, lettuce and ONIONS. The only positive of this experience is we provided whoever got our order with a normal meal. I called the restaurant multiple times to complain and got a busy signal, finally got thru and the answering machine picked up (no recording either). Needless to say, bagels on the Hudson is no longer getting our business.
