Worst insurance company ever. One of their insurers struck the back of my vehicle and been trying to take my car in for almost a month. They only want to take your car in on Monday or Tuesday's which is not possible with my job because of hours work. The dealership can take my car any day as the damage is minor. After the runaround and getting to a actual person finally they did not want to give me a rental because it's a Thursday. I had to demand and get snippy with Janet Wilson in their claims department in this fly by night insurance company. She she then said it was not their policy to give the rental car at that time frame and that they usually do it on Mondays and Tuesdays and I said that's unacceptable as this is the time that I have off and this is the time that works for me to take my vehicle in and I demanded that she gave me a rental. Janet Wilson proceeded to demoralize the claimant and tell me what's what and talk to me like I'm a child because I was demanding that she give me a rental car reservation number for today. She said it would've been better if I would've let her know ahead of time. What's the difference if I would've let her know ahead of time versus today for just a reservation number I've already worked it out with enterprise, we just need the reservation number from them.

Do not deal with this insurance company. You can see why they give you low rates! Look at the other reviews of claimants or when they have to pay out. You don't want an insurance company like this!
