I just recently started moving my belongings out of my residence with peak. I have till the 31st to be out. I spoke with their painter that I would be out by the 29th (early).
Today, my former roommate and myself showed up to do last minute touches and remove the rest of our things. Only to find peak has come in, thrown away ALL of the things that were left. Including pillows for our micro suede chair, several kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies, FOOD almost all of our food! And several other belongings.

They gave no warning about entering our residence at all and they violated our rights. We will be demanding money for the things they destroyed.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They have ignored several requests to fix things. Thrown away a bike we were storing in the storage closet in the laundry room. They have accused us of illegal activities so we got cameras. They do not car about their horrid contract with Lincoln towing where the company is illegally towing vehicles from their lots.

They moved the payment center location and sent out an email with the old address on it for two months.

Then they had the audacity to send us one of those generic "hope you enjoyed your stay" emails.
