Lorrae Natale from Tribe Recruitment matched my skills and experience on my cv to a job advertised by Oranga Tamariki. She contacted me to see if I was interested, I said yes. She forwarded my cv to them and I was shortlisted for an interview, and was successful in securing the position. She kept in touch with me the whole time, kept me informed and was always available to answer questions and provide support when needed. I was out of work for almost 12 months, and thought no one was going to give me a chance. But her belief in myself and my skills made it happen for me.
