It was a very impromptu visit with a group. Most spaces were reserved but we found some seating outside. There were patio tables but no chairs because they "needed the chairs for inside" but if we had chairs in our cars we were welcome to bring them to sit in. The music was lively and waitstaff attentive. What fell flat for me was the food. We ordered chicken nachos and an oyster poboy. The nachos were swimming in tasteless cheese sauce. The oysters were fried in panko bread crumbs instead of a cornmeal based breading. Also they were extra briney and mealy. The fries were supposed to be garlic butter fries but I didn't taste any of those flavors. The lady next to me said her catfish was "nasty and tasted funny". How does one mess up the simplest of fried seafood?!? I will go back for the music and atmosphere but the food is a NO for me.
