Exceeded expectations. Far better experiences than the other urgent care in town.

Everyone I spoke to here was patient, professional, and treated me with notable care and respect, which made a difficult experience a positive one. They took the time needed to understand me and other issues affecting my well being, do a through job in understanding the issue at hand while showing sensitivity to my other issues and needs. They also made sure I understood what to expect, when to follow up, and left me with detailed written information and instructions.

Much more like a visit with a good familiar PCP than a quick triage. That did take time, but I feel it was time very well spent. A+
