I recently had a mixed experience with a home construction company on Cape Cod. The communication and customer service were both lacking, with delayed responses and some confusion on the project timeline. However, the final product was of decent quality and met my expectations. The company's staff seemed knowledgeable and professional during the construction process. It would have been better if they had been more proactive with updates and kept a clearer line of communication. Overall, the result was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in the customer experience area.
