My 86-year-old mother was brought to Portland Adventist by ambulance after a fall in her apartment. During this time of the coronavirus, we were very concerned about her well-bring since she has several risk factors.

From the moment she arrived I was in regular communication with nurses, doctors, and social workers assigned to her. Each one was professional, thoughtful, well-informed, and kind. These are good people.

Whenever I called I reached someone quickly, I was listened to patiently, and my mother is leaving after six days much stronger than when she arrived. The social worker, Brian, helped arrange her placement and helped me with every transition detail. I live 3000 miles from Oregon, so his consideration was a lifesaver for me.

I highly recommend this hospital.
