I have spent the last month trying to schedule app...

I have spent the last month trying to schedule appointments for repair for 4 different washing machines under service contracts. I have never dealt with such incompetence. I have been kept on hold for hours and then hung up on as it approached 6:00 p.m. Once can easily understand why companies such as this as losing customers. You can't even speak to a supervisor. I am appalled by the way my small not for profit agency has been treated.
