One of the worst experiences. We were private pay. My father in law came back in worse shape than ever. He s lost weight because of the awful food and no one cared enough to help feed him. Only when we would tell them he needs assistance only because his dementia is getting worse. They aren t equipped to handle care. It s a cheaper facility but what is documented and signed is not followed through. We said no to launder service, they took it still and lost some pieces. They lost his phone. He was found away from everyone wet and in someone else s clothes. Dementia is not something they handle well at all, even taking disadvantage of limited mobility of the patient. And the facility reeks of bodily function. Sad place but they get 2 stars for the pricing. Otherwise it would ve been 1. We left after 10 days. It wasn t worth it.
